No mixing, no measuring, no mess
Thereās no mixing or measuring because the resin and hardener come in a single cartridge that fits any standard caulk gun. Just attach the included mixing tip and squeeze the handle on the gun to apply. Itās that easy, and youāll really like the fact that Aluminum Boat Leak Sealer is sag resistant so you donāt have to tip the boat at odd angles to keep the sealer from dripping out. Even better, you can apply it in less than ideal conditions, even in temperatures as low as 40Ā°F. Just be sure to store the cartridge at 60-90Ā°F when youāre not using it.
Easy cleanup
When youāre finished, cleanup is easy, too ā just leave the mixing tip on the cartridge and let it cure. Next time you need to use Leak Sealer, just twist off the old tip and replace it with a new one. After applying, wait 7-10 hours before sanding or painting. Then turn your old bailer into a bait bucket and get back on the water.
