Delivery

  •   How long for order to process order?

    We are currently shipping most new orders within 24 hours from when the order is submitted (if your order is placed on a weekday). There is no longer any requirement to pre-order product from the website. To ensure that your order is shipped on the same day of the order, orders must be submitted by 1pm Pacific time Monday-Friday. Orders may not ship the same day if a postal holiday falls on or between Monday and Friday. Next Day Air orders submitted after 1PM Thursday will not be guaranteed to arrive until the following Monday. Next Day Air order submitted after 1PM Friday will not be guaranteed to arrive until the following Tuesday.

 I placed an order  and have not received confirmation email?

Within 24 hours of completing your reservation, usually much sooner, you will be sent a confirmation email including your full itinerary and reservation number. If you did not receive your confirmation email, we recommend that you check the “Bulk” or “Spam” folder in your email to ensure that it was not automatically filtered to that folder by your email service. To help insure prompt delivery of your email confirmation please add greatparts22@gmail.com to your address book.

  • Yahoo: If an email you wanted in your Inbox happens to land in your Bulk folder, let Yahoo know by opening the message then clicking the “Not Spam” button.
  • Gmail: Gmail offers several ways to ensure you’ll receive our emails.
  • Find the message, click and drag the message to the Primary folder, and confirm with Gmail to save this setting.
  •   How long does it take to ship Internationally?

    Shipping is via UPS, USPS and Fedex
    For Large volume orders we can ship either via Air or Container
    We ship to Africa, Asia, Europe and every country across the globe

  • Warranty

    The GreatParts warranty will cover parts you purchase from GreatParts, but it doesn't extend to the parts already in your vehicle. That means the part will have to have broken down once before it's covered. Additionally, the Great Parts warranty only covers parts – not the labor to replace the part in your vehicle.

  • How do i change or cancel order?

    After each order is processed, it is sent immediately to our fulfillment warehouse for shipment.Orders can be updated via sending an immediate email to greatparts22@gmail.com.Orders cannot be cancelled or modified after they have been shipped.

  • How do i obtain a refund?

    To return a product to an GreatParts , return an item in its original condition and packaging, with receipt, within 90 days of the purchase date to request a refund. Return a defective item within the warranty period. Requests for refunds may be denied if the item has been used or installed.

  • What payment does GreatParts take?

    At this time, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, GreatParts Gift cards (with a PIN), and GreatParts Loyalty Rewards. We also accept debit cards with the Visa and Master Card logos
