How long does this electric lunch box food heater take to heat up food?
If your food isn't frozen, or the ambient temperature is not too low, it only takes 25 minutes to heat up. Otherwise, it will take 35-45 minutes.
Do I need to add water to the food before heating?
Generally speaking, this is not necessary. But if your food is dry, adding a spoonful or two of water in advance, will make your food moister and heat more evenly.
Can I put the heating base into the refrigerator?
No, you can't. Pls remember, don't get the heating base wet. Otherwise, the heating function may be damaged.
