Oil restrictors for the DART SHP small block Chevy is made from 6061-T6 aluminum. It is designed to reduce the amount of oil flow to the upper assembly leaving more oil available in the oil pan. It is specifically designed to match flow rates from one lifter bank to the other and not for use with hydraulic lifters or stock style rocker arms.
