In-vehicle system testing simulates 10 year/ 150,000 mile life. Leak testing detects refrigerant leakage over the course of one year. Burst testing for structural integrity at extremely high pressures. Vibration testing detects any pressure loss or material fatigue, especially at the mounting and hose-support brackets. Temperature cycling tests help ensure the accumulator performs well under a variety of extreme temperatures. Desiccant is tested for 100% moisture absorption capacity.
