    Our products come with 30 days limited warranty against manufacturer’s defects. No exchange will be allowed for products that have been damaged during installation. Please contact us for a RMA# before sending the item back for exchange. If your item is damaged during shipping, please refer to DOA Section. All warranty claims MUST have a RMA number.

    If you have received a damaged or broken item, please email us immediately with a picture of the broken item attached so we can help you file a damage claim with the shipping carrier. No claims will be honored after 30 days after item is received.

  • All products must be in original packaging with RMA number. Packages received without a valid RMA number will be rejected and no credits will be issued.

  • Please allow 24 to 48 hours to receive your RMA number. Please allow 10-14 Days to process your return or exchange after it is received by our RMA department.
