Unidirectional carbon fiber fabric delivers maximum strength in one direction, making it ideal for reinforcing high-stress zones in marine, structural, and composite applications. 12K carbon filaments run parallel, providing unmatched tensile strength along stringers, beams, spars, and backing plates. This 9.4 oz. fabric wets out easily and bonds strongly with epoxy or polyester resins, but requires careful handling to maintain fiber alignment. Use it on its own for directional reinforcement or combine with woven fabrics in multi-axial layups. Sold by the yard in a 12" width.
